Casale SA is a leading EPC in the chemical reference market.
As part of an operation for a Russian company, during which our client was commissioned to build a large chemical process plant for the production of ammonia and fertilizers, we were involved in a supply chain consulting project.
We have received the assignment relative to the management of the engineering component of the project, necessary in order to maintain a tightened control of the supply chain, with the objective to respect the times of delivery and the conformity of the final product.
The results
Our project has been articulated into various integrated services, during all phases of the component purchase process.
We have made available to the customer a qualified team of experts, who worked in Lugano, at the customer’s Swiss headquarters. Our team was responsible for coordinating operations activities, testing procedures, approval and supplier reporting, as well as the process of obtaining the technical passports necessary for the export of products.
We also handled the operational coordination of our project team, providing more than 300 inspections on all bulk material suppliers. We have guaranteed the correct conformity of the supplies, putting in place highly qualified inspectors, with verticalized skills on the purchase specifications and on the international standards required.
